🌿 Finding ways to make life a little greener and more connected.

Hi, I’m Cheryl Au, a senior at La Salle College Preparatory in Pasadena, California. I care deeply about the environment and the people around me. Over the past few years, I’ve turned that passion into action through PlanetWise, a student-led nonprofit I founded to promote sustainability among young people, and through my work with Amigos de los Rios, where I help with community greening and environmental education.
Having lived in Hong Kong, Vancouver, and California, I’ve learned how to connect with people from different backgrounds and support classmates who are adjusting to new cultures. Whether I’m organizing recycling drives, helping neighbors start composting, or guiding new students through school life, I try to make a small difference each day.
